When a fan asked her about her diet, she replied, “I don’t diet.” She added, “I dont eat after supper, drink lots of water and only water, but it is very important that you work out everyday.”
Everyday may be a bit much for some people, but this mommy needs to keep her body in tip-top shape so that she can stay at the top of her game in tumbling.
