Can’t make it to Augusta National this year?  Why not invite friends and family over to watch the 2010 Masters Golf Tournament? Enjoy these popular drinks recipes along with celebrity chef sandwiches by Emeril Lagasse, Tom Colicchio and Wolfgang Puck.  The Masters Golf Tournament wouldn’t be complete without these refreshing drinks. Whether you prefer the non-alcohol Arnold Palmer Ice Tea  or classic cocktails like the popular  Bloody Mary and Screwdriver cocktail.  These three timeless classic cocktail recipes are golf tournament favorites are sure to be a hit.  Finish the meal off by Martha Stewart’s adorable cupcake recipe.  These cupcakes look like golf turf!  You can substitute the lady bugs for white gum balls to look like golfballs. Follow the links to view

Arnold Palmer Ice Tea-Non alcohol lemonade and ice tea puch.  A favorite with both children and adults.  A tip when brewing tea.  Steep the tea bags for longer than usual.  The tea will mellow out when ice and lemonade is added.


  • 4 black tea bags (ex. Orange Pekoe, English Breakfast, Earl Gray)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • ice cubes
  • 3 cups lemon juice (about 20 large lemons or use lemon juice concentrate)
  • 2 cups ultra fine sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • lemon slices as garnish

Pour boiling water over tea bags and steep for 7 – 10 min.  Allow to cool and then refrigerate till cold.  Pour lemon juice and sugar  and two cups of water into a picture.  Stir until sugar has disolved.  Pour in remaining water. ice tea and add ice.  Add a few ice cubes to glasses as desired.  Garnish glass with lemon slices.


Bloody Mary -  This classic cocktail was invented in 1921 and is a popular drink at the Masters Golf Classic.  You can make this cocktail spicier by adding more Tobasco and horseradish sauce. 

Ingredients per cocktail:

  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • cracked ice cubes
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 6 oz. tomato juice
  • juice from half a lemon
  • pinch celery salt
  • long celery stalk with leaves as garnish

Put Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, ice cubes and vodka and squeeze half a lemon  into a cocktail shaker.  Shake several times fast and pour into a glass half filled with ice.  Top up with tomato juice and celery salt.  Garnish with celery stalk,


Screwdriver Cocktail

Ingredients per drink:

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 4 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
  • ice

Put a few ice cubes, vodka and orange juice in a cocktail shaker.  Shake several times fast.  Pour into a glass with ice..
