As the NASCAR schedule starts to wind down, every race becomes more important in the chase to crown the 2011 Sprint Cup Champion! Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch are currently tied for the overall lead followed by Jimmy Johnson in third place.
Johnson and Edwards are the early favorites to win the Pure Michigan 400, but never count on the odds makers! This season has seen it’s share of upsets and crazy finishes, and you can expect more of the same this weekend!
Local NASCAR driver Brad Keselowski should have many fans on his side rooting him on as he is the hometown favorite! Keselowski hails from Rochester Hills, Michigan, about a 2 hour drive from the MIS speedway.
