’50 Shades of Grey': Christian Grey More Influential Than Mitt Romney, Jay-Z

The 50 Shades of Grey phenomenon has taken its spicy characters to a whole new level. Apparently, fans of the novels think that lead character Christian Grey is more influential than a presidential candidate, a couple of veteran rappers and even a sexy NFL player.

The 2012 Most Influential Man List is out now and oddly enough, it has two fictional characters on it.

The most influential man of 2012 is James Bond. Not Daniel Craig or any of the other actors who play him, but the character himself.

Not far down the list, at number 13, is Christian Grey. Yet another fictional character, but no one can say he hasn’t been influential throughout 2012!

Christian, and the entire 50 Shades phenomenon are definitely influential but it’s kind of crazy that the number 13 spot is occupied by a fake character. It’s even crazier that the number one spot is occupied by some fictional as well!

Christian came in above Mitt Romney, Tim Tebow, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Drake and even Prince William!

Are you surprised that a character from 50 Shades of Grey has made such a list? Do you think Christian Grey has influenced the world enough to be number 13?
