’50 Shades of Grey’ Movie: Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson Make List of Film Favorites

The 50 Shades of Grey movie once seemed like it would be the perfect place for Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson to team up again, but not anymore.

Author E.L. James’s erotic novel might have started out as Twilight fan fiction, but she’s already said that she doesn’t want Kristen and Rob in the movie. And now that Kristen has fessed up to cheating on Rob, it’s possible that they wouldn’t want to work together again, anyway – they might break up because of K-Stew’s indiscretion.

But the public’s love of Robsten is still evident in NOW Magazine‘s list of favorites for the 50 Shades of Grey movie. Recent rumored favorites like Emma Watson, Mila Kunis, Ryan Gosling, and Ian Somerhalder all appear on the list, but Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are also there.

In light of what has happened, perhaps E.L. James will soften her stance on not casting Rob as Christian Grey. If he decides to dump Kristen, what better way to get back at her than by getting steamy with another beautiful young actress in the 50 Shades movie? Christian’s character definitely has issues when it comes to love, and after what Rob has gone through, he might try to eliminate the emotion from his life in a similar manner. And who knows? Perhaps he’ll get cast alongside an actress who can soften him right back up again.

One of the actresses on NOW Magazine‘s list of favorites to play Anastasia Steele is Scarlett Johansson. It’s not hard to imagine her and Rob getting along well, but unfortunately she and Rob are too close to the same age to get cast in the movie together. Perhaps someone like Elizabeth Olsen would be a better option to play his Ana – she does seem to share his love of looking for interesting independent movies to star in. Rob’s Breaking Dawn costar Dakota Fanning could even introduce him to Elizabeth Olsen – the two actresses are currently working on the movie Very Good Girls together.

So what do you think – would starring in 50 Shades be a good way for Rob to work towards getting over Kristen if he does decide to break up with her?
