The numbers are in and Adam Lambert has scored his highest charting UK album to date with his sophomore album “Trespassing.” The album debuted at number 16 on the official UK album Top 100 chart. This is higher than his début album, For Your Entertainment, which peaked at #36 on the UK chart in 2010. In addition, Adam’s new UK single, Never Close Our Eyes, debuted at number 17 on the Official UK Singles Top 100 chart.Share photos on twitter with Twitpic

Adam has made headlines around the world, particularly in London this week, having just finished a six concert mini-tour with Queen. The show sold out for all three London dates, where Adam wowed both his existing fans, and many Queen fans as a result of his performance. He also recently appeared on The Graham Norton Show in the UK as promotion for Trespassing. In addition to this top 20 spot in the UK, Trespassing debuted at #1 on the US Billboard album chart.

Adam Lambert is continuing to promote his new music with several US concerts this month, as well as at the 2012 Summer Sonic festival in Japan on August 18 and 19, and a radio concert in Australia on August 22. Most likely, more appearances will pop up as he continues to promote Trespassing around the world.

Have you bought Trespassing yet?
