Adam Lambert and Jordin Sparks will give advice on singing to other reality TV contestants. The new reality show this fall, called Majors & Minors, will have a few former reality faces molding the young contestants into super stars. The show announced two former American Idol participants on the show in the slew of top name artists.

Adam Lambert along with Jordin Sparks will be on the show to mentor the young talent during different episodes to help conquer all the important issues of being an entertainer. Those who are looking for a recording contract on the show needs to be a “valedictorian” (or winner), so the advice to make it through the 15 weeks of competition is essential.

In addition to Lambert, the other major names that will be on the show include Avril Lavigne and Colbie Caillat. Since the show is working with younger kids, the elimination rounds are not cut-throat decisions like seen on adult reality TV shows, instead the show is promising a softer and gentle touch to the budding talent.

The show premieres this fall on the Hub TV Network. Check your local listings for show times.
