With less than a month to go before Adam Lambert’s Trespassing hits the shelves, fans are beginning to prepare for album release listening parties. These events will be a great opportunity for like-minded fans to enjoy the new tunes together as soon as they are available. Fans in the UK have just announced a party at a central London venue where they will have a few drinks and chatter with the album playing on a loop, and maybe even throw in some fun and games. Although the album does not come out until July 2 in the UK, they are planning to hold the party after the US release and not wait.

Another party planned is in the US, specifically in San Francisco. On May 15, bay area fans will gather at The Deco Lounge in San Francisco. Organized by “LAMBERTLUST,” the plan is to spend two hours “getting down” by having drinks, dancing, and partying to Trespassing. They will also be watching the bonus “Making of Trespassing” DVD which comes with the Fan Edition of the album, assuming it gets delivered by May 15 to those that pre-ordered it. This spirited group has met to celebrate Adam Lambert in the past, including a birthday party in his honor in January, and hosting a Glam Nation pre-party before Adam’s San Francisco concert in 2010. More information about this CD release party is available at the LAMBERTLUST blog.

If you live in the UK, RSVP for the London listening party via Facebook. To attend the party in San Francisco, send a tweet to @LAMBERTLUST. Do you have any plans to hold a CD release party in your area?
