All Fruit Pull-Apart Bread

Absolutely satisfying and soothing.  This bread is based on an Orange Bubble Bread recipe by Frugal Antics of a Harried Housewife.  Her bread looked so inviting I had to try my own version in dedication to a dear blogger friend who is wrestling with some of life’s cruelest challenges, the loss of loved ones.  Please send your blessings to Monet of Anecdotes and Apples.

  • 10 pack Texas Style butter biscuits – refrigerated tube dough.
  • 1 3/4 cups Welch’s Orange, Pineapple, Apple juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 15 oz can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 overripe banana

in a saucepan bring the juice, sugar and peaches to a boil.

Continue boiling over medium heat for 30 minutes.  Add the banana and puree the mixture. Be careful not to spatter – it’s HOT!

Preheat oven to 375 F.

In the meantime, pull apart and cut into quarters the Texas biscuits.  Put into a large bowl.  After pureeing the mixture of fruit, pour over the biscuits and mix gently to coat.  Pour everything into a well greased 9″ round cake pan.  Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned on top.

Turn onto a plate and allow everyone to pull apart as desired.

Satisfying, consoling, and fulfilling.  A dedication to those we love.
