Anyone Have any Real Experience with The Writer's Literary Agency?

I sent my manuscript to The Writer's Literary Agency in my quest for an agent.  Now, after attending Omega Con and listening to authors and publishers, I have definitely been leaning toward small press or POD. The agency just emailed me, though, and said they would like to represent me.

However, I looked them up on Writers Beware and Predators and Editors and they are not recommended. They wrote a rebuttal on there that sounds kind of reasonable, sort of.

I don't think I'll sign with them, although the contract does say that I keep the rights to my work and I can terminate the deal in 90 days if they don't get the sale.

But I wondered if any of you have dealt with them, and if you could share your own experience.
