Asparagus w/ Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Yield: 4 servings
1 lb Asparagus spears fresh
4 oz Cream cheese softened
6 tb Evaporated milk
1/3 ts Salt
2 tb Extra-sharp Cheddar cheese garted
Cook asparagus in a small amount of water until crisp-tender.
Whisk cream cheese, milk & salt over low heat in another saucepan until smooth.
Stir in cheddar cheese then heat through.
Drain asparagus then top with sauce.
