Aspargia Parmigiana – Asparagus Parmesan

Yield: 4 servings

32 ea Asparagus cleaned & trimmed
4 tb Butter
4 tb Parmesan cheese grated
Salt & pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 350 deg-F.
Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water for 5-7 mins. until al dente.
Drain then set aside.
Melt butter in a casserole dish.
Add asparagus then saute for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese then a with salt & pepper to taste.
Bake for 2 mins. then transfer to broiler.
Gratinee for 2 mins. until golden brown.
Serve hot.
