Belgian Brussels Sprouts

Yield: 6 servings

2 lb Brussels sprouts
1/2 c  butter cut into pieces
1 ts kosher salt
1/2 ts ground black pepper
1/4 c  fresh lemon juice
1/4 c  pine nuts
1/2 c  crumbled blue cheese

Pre-heat your oven to 350 deg-F.
Place your Brussels sprouts into a casserole dish with a lid.
Arrange pieces of butter on top of your sprouts.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover with the lid.
Bake for 25 mins. until sprouts are just barely tender.
Stir now & then to keep them from sticking.
During the last 10 mins. sprinkle pine nuts over sprouts & remove casserole lid.
When sprouts are done just sprinkle blue cheese over them before serving.
