The 52nd annual Grammys had the build-up of a three woman battle for who would have the most awards on the night.  Beyonce outdid Taylor Swift and the Fame monster, Lady Gaga in taking home her six total awards.  Swift came in second with four total awards, while Lady Gaga had two, given prior to the Grammy show.  All three female musicians had performances which are being talked about after the Grammys.  Lady Gaga performed the opening number which included an interesting duet with Elton John, while Swift teamed up with Stevie Nicks.  Beyonce chose to go solo for her on-stage performance.

In Beyonce’s Grammys 2010 performance she marched through the middle of the audience to the stage followed by futuristic soldiers in black who stomped in rhythm.  Beyonce performed in a short but sparkly dress and gave a passionate performance of her music which got the crowd going.  Husband Jay-Z gave her a standing O after the number was done.

Jay-Z, took home several awards as well including one for his track “Death of Autotune” and another for “Run this Town” featuring Rihanna.  Congrats to all winners on the night.  See more of Beyonce with bikini pics here.
