When Bob Barker donates 2 million dollars to the Semper Fi Fund, it makes headlines.  The television game show host is now retired from his famous gig on “The Price Is Right.”

The organization helps soldiers and members of the military who have been wounded during duty. Eligible members include those coming from all branches of the armed forces and Coast Guard.

Bob Barker is a World War II fighter pilot and takes his country very seriously.  Donating this money is a fantastic example of true patriotism and what the country needs right now for the men and women coming home injured.

There will be a ceremony on Wednesday in Hollywood in which fans can witness when Bob Baker donates the money to the Semper Fi Fund.

If more celebrities followed Bob BarkerÂ’s lead and were to donate money, the men and women who fight for the United States could come home to a gracious welcoming.
