Bones season 8 is going to see Sweets’ personal life explored a bit more. First there’s episode 3, which will see him working with a female FBI agent who will mean a love triangle for Sweets, then in the next episode, “The Tiger in the Tale,” something’s going to happen in his relationship with Daisy.

The Jeffersonian team investigates the death of Jared Drew, an animal expo employee, and in the course of their investigation into his death, they enter the world of illegal animal trafficking. Meanwhile, Brennan thinks she would make an excellent presidential candidate, and Sweets and Daisy take on a big change in their relationship.”

It’s once again going to be a gross crime scene, and somehow, the FOX drama is finding ways to top itself this season with each episode. If you thought the remains dropping on Hodgins’ face in “The Gunk in the Garage” promo was bad, in this episode, a man is going to have “inadvertently swallowed the remains of a victim,” as seen in the fifth photo below. What will they come up with next to top that one?

Meanwhile, you have to wonder what’s coming up for Sweets and Daisy in this episode. Will they take a step forward, or could this episode end with them taking a break? With the love triangle coming up with Danielle Panabaker’s character, the latter is certainly possible.
