Bubba’s Ginger-Cranberry Punch

Yield: 6 servings

1 1/2 qt Cranberry juice
2 pt Apple juice
1 qt Ginger ale
2 ea Limes thinly sliced
1 ea Lime squeezed
3 ts Crystallized ginger
6 ea Fresh mint sprigs
6 c  SCrushed/shaved ice

Mix cranberry juice, lime juice & apple juice.
Half-fill 6 tall glasses with crushde/shaved ice.
Fill 3/4 with cranberry-apple juice.
Pour ginger ale evenly into the glasses.
Add 1/2 ts crystallized giner to each glass then stir gently.
Garnish with limeslices & mint sprigs.

*NOTE:  As shot dark rum or sour mash bourbon is also dleicious when added to each drink.
