For Hilton, 30, who showed off the results of her summer shape-up by flaunting a bikini on the beaches of Malibu last week, a healthy cocktail of Pilates, cardio and “a lean diet with lots of organic fruits, veggies and vitamin juices” was the right mix.
As for Michele, 25, who also showed off her bikini body on a Hawaiian beach, it’s the “Glee workout” that whipped her into shape, what with the high-energy dance rehearsals. But, that’s not all. Her celeb diet secrets also include her vegan lifestyle and vitamin injections.
In other celeb diet secrets news, it’s actually no secret Jennifer Hudson is looking better than ever. The once overweight singer-cum-actress has whittled her lithe figure down to a size zero — yes, a zero, at least according to a retail salesperson who told Hudson about her new, smaller size.
The Weight Watchers spokeswoman, who credits good, old-fashioned diet and regular workout sessions for her loss, could barely believe it herself, saying, “I feel like they’re talking to someone else.”
