Celebrity Apprentice 2012 was a terrible experience for Lisa Lampanelli’s enemy on the show, Dayana Mendoza who was Miss Universe in 2008. In a post-show interview after being fired by Donald Trump Sunday night in week 11, Mendoza shared the frustrations she dealt with being in the competition and what she thinks of Lampanelli, who’s still on the show.

The fired contestant of the reality series was on Lisa Lampanelli’s list all season. Hardly anything she did earned respect from the longtime comedienne. Mendoza said her behavior was “unprofessional” and not hilarious in the least. Did she have any idea Lampanelli was like that before the show began?

“I didn’t know that she was going to be so explosive or that she would have such anger,” Dayana said. “And I just didn’t find that professional or funny.”

As for winning techniques some of the contestants used on Celebrity Apprentice 2012, Mendoza felt it was a strategy she became a victim of.

She continued, “I was always pushed to the side and I found out, as the season kept going, that it was just another technique that some of the contestants would have to take people out.”

The statuesque woman didn’t appreciate Lampanelli considering her stupid. Being beautiful is hard, but her accomplishments are major. She notes no professional wants to be on Trump’s show

“When they don’t want to work with you, it’s annoying. It’s an environment that nobody in any profession would like to be in. But you deal with the idea of being pretty must mean that you’re being stupid — I’ve been traveling the world since I was very young, I’ve always been a hard worker and I speak three languages and I have all these other things that most other people don’t have.”

As for Clay Aiken’s outburst in week 11, Mendoza doesn’t know why he got upset with her. She blamed the stress and cameras being around constantly — which probably set him off, she believes.

As for the entire experience being on Celebrity Apprentice 2012? The beauty said she’d “be happy to do it, and I would do it the same way I did it. It was a terrible experience, it was terrible for me, but I’m happy that I did it and I’m happy that it came out the way it came out.”
