Chase Bank Website Down Due to Technical Difficulties
The Chase bank website is down today because of technical issues. Unfortunately this has posed a major hassle to bank customers who use the online banking from Chase.
What Can Chase Online Banking Customers do During Website Outage?
For immediate needs, Chase has advised their customers to call 800-935-9935 or go to the closest branch. Right now there is no news on how long the site has been down or how long it will be before the online banking access is restored.
There are 16.5 million customers who use Chase to bank online. Reports are that the site has been down since sometime on Monday. Thankfully the Chase ATMs are not affected, and the website issue is not a security breach thankfully.
The only bank in the U.S. that is bigger than Chase is Bank of America. Hopefully the website gets back online quickly because it being down causes major issues for customers who use the Chase bank online website.
