Cheryl Cole Compliments Kate Middleton’s “Great Pair Of Boobs”, While Discussing That Royal Incident
Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole is certainly in demand at the moment; she’s hitting the headlines almost every day with stories about her blossoming romance with backing dancer Tre Holloway, or 10-year reunion tour with Girls Aloud.
And it seems the singer may have got bored with her usual topics of conversation – including style, her Girls Aloud bandmates and ex-husband Ashley Cole – so in a recent interview with Stylist magazine, she decided to discuss the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton instead.
Cheryl branded the nude photos scandal – where pictures of Kate sunbathing topless while on holiday with husband Price William were published in gossip magazines – “disgusting” – but she also complimented the new Royal’s figure.
“Disgusting. They were having a private moment and it was absolutely invaded. She does have a great pair of boobs, though, right?”
She also commented on meeting the Princess – and was sure to pile on the praise.
“We had this amazing moment. She’s so ordinary! I mean, obviously she isn’t because she’s a princess, but she’s so easy to get along with.”
The pair met at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee ceremony earlier this year, where Cheryl was widely criticized for singing out of tune, and generally looking out of place. Perhaps not something Cheryl wants to draw attention too – although at least she was complimentary about Kate, after launching a number of critical attacks on fellow celebrities such as Nicole Scherzinger in her new autobiography.
Cheryl also gave her opinion on Prince Harry’s nude scandal, in Vegas earlier this year.
“I mean, it’s not the smartest thing in his position. But didn’t Diana always want them to have normal lives. And you do not get more normal than that. Do you? Taking your clothes off in Vegas?”
The interview also goes into depth about Cheryl’s feelings as Girls Aloud announce their reunion. It had been reported that the band would get back together in time for a performance at the Olympics, with the girls themselves giving hints about performing in the closing ceremony, but instead they announced the tour and a new album, “Ten”, last year. It’s widely thought that it will be the last Girls Aloud tour, especially with tensions in the group being well-known, but Cheryl was quick to call the band her family and state how much less stressful touring as a band is.
