Chest pains

Since 7th grade, I have been having chest pains on and off. The pain seems to be directly in my heart, as if someone is sticking a hot needle in it. My jaw begins to ache and my left arm goes numb. My doctor says it is just stress, but I'm not so sure. It happens when I'm relaxed, too, like if I'm just watching TV. My doctor doesn't listen to my heart or do tests and doesn't seem to care. It kind of sounds like unstable angina, which is the most dangerous type. I am concerned because it has been happening more and more frequently, up to several times a week, sometimes several times a day, and I am only 20. I am also concerned because angina is regarded as a miniature heart attack and I don't want to have a real heart attack when I'm young. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice?
