Chex Chow

I decided to go ahead and publish this…I am sure everyone already has a version of it…

dug it out to make some for my trip to the Ronald Mc Donald house….the company I  work for is providing and serving dinner this comming thursday….

so I am gonna bake some bread and bring some PB and Jelly to go with…

to me both are extreme comfort foods…..

and they can have some for later too….

MELT OVER LOW HEAT:

6 ounces chocolate chips fileId:3096224744183712;size:inter;

STIR IN:

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla fileId:3096224744183715;size:inter;

TAKE OFF HEAT AND IMMEDIATELY STIR IN:

9 cups chex cereal

Pour 1 1/2 cups powered sugar into a paper bag fileId:3096224744183704;size:inter;

dump in the warm chex mixture

carefully close the top of the bag and shake vigorously till all the mixture is coated with the powered sugar.

AND PLEASE VARIETY AWAY…YOU CAN PUT ALMOST ANYTHING IN WITH THIS…NUTS….RAISINS…CANDIES….MARSHMALLOWS…..EVEN POPCORN…. fileId:3096224744183720;size:inter;fileId:3096224744183716;size:inter;
