Since its publication in 1954, Dorothy Law Nolte’s inspirational and educational poem, “Children Learn What They Live” has been published worldwide. It’s been translated into 10 languages, taught in parenting and teaching courses, distributed in doctors offices, and printed on posters and calendars. Her book, “Children Learn What They Live,” devotes a chapter to each line of the poem and is filled with examples of positive teaching. The book has been reprinted in 19 countries and 18 languages.

Dorothy Law Nolte died on Nov 6, 2005 at her home in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. She was 81….
