Chris Brown Reveals Whose Face Is Tattoed on His Neck

Chris Brown’s rep has just issued a statement about his new neck tattoo. For those who can’t live without their daily dose of information about the always scintillating Mr. Breezy, the face newly inked on the right side of his neck is not a picture of the Barbadian songstress–battered or otherwise. Nor is it the face of some other CB victim–er–girlfriend. In fact, it’s not the face of a real woman at all.

According to Brown’s rep, his new neck ink is a drawing of a skull that represents the Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos–the Day of the Dead. The November 1 celebration involves people gathering to pray for and present offerings to beloved deceased family members and friends. One of the offerings traditionally presented is a skull sculpted from sugar. And that’s what CB now sports on his neck. The tattoo artist who created the ink claims Brown requested the “sugar skull” design after seeing it in a MAC make-up ad.

“His tattoo is a sugar skull (associated with the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead),” Mr. Breezy’s rep revealed, “and a MAC cosmetics design he saw. It is not Rihanna or an abused woman as erroneously reported.”

So, there you have it. And it’s probably true. As everyone knows, Chris Brown has turned into quite the make-up enthusiast–especially pink lipstick. So, it’s only natural that he’d be familiar with MAC products. Oh, well, whatever blows your dress up. It’s good to know that there isn’t another woman walking around out there with a broken face.

You go, CB.

Note: Is Mr. Breezy slowly morphing into the new Dennis Rodman?
