‘Dancing with the Stars’ 2012 Week 3 Spoilers: Can Katherine Jenkins Stay on Top?

On Dancing with the Stars 2012, Katherine Jenkins has been able to show some of the best moves of the entire cast for season 14 even though she is a classical crossover singer without dance training.

In fact, the Welsh mezzo-soprano comments that, typically, her day consists of standing “in one place to perform with the comfort of the orchestra behind me.”

Not so these days as ballroom pro partner Mark Ballas helps get Katherine ready for DWTS week 3, which Jenkins projects is “going to be emotional.”

The reason she says this is because the dance theme of the week coming up on Dancing with the Stars consists of each celebrity’s most memorable year, whether that year is good or bad.

Katherine won’t say exactly what the circumstances are for her third official dance on DWTS, reporting, “My lips are sealed about what exactly the story is but let’s just say it’s emotional and I’ve already been in tears a few times! Maybe this week will be all about strength and composure.”

Strength and composure are assets this Dancing with the Stars contender seems to exude, possibly without even realizing she is doing so.

That said, to realize what it takes for this singer to be a good dancer, get a look here at last week’s review and then please weigh in: Will week three on DWTS mean that Katherine Jenkins will still see the top of the leaderboard? Or, will she fall from grace because she doesn’t show enough grace to keep up with the other dancers, which includes the entire cast minus Martina Navratilova, who was voted off last week?
