The Dancing with the Stars April 6, 2010 episode was the one many were waiting for. Some were eagerly anticipating to see how the vote would go. Would it be Kate Gosselin getting the boot, Buzz Aldrin, or maybe a surprise celebrity voted off the dancing competition? The Dancing with the Stars week 3 results were not surprising as we learned that Aiden Turner and Erin Andrews were both safe right off the bat.
Also announced as safe were Niecy, Nicole Scherzinger, Evan Lysacek and Chad Ochocinco. Reba McEntire performed several songs on the episode including “I Want a Cowboy”. Mark Ballas, who was the dancing partner for last week’s eliminated Shannon Doherty, also performed, playing the flamenco guitar for a Paso Doble dance routine by the pros.
Next we learned that Pam Anderson and her partner Damien were safe from elimination, as were Kate Gosselin and Tony. Many are surprised that Kate is hanging around, although there’s speculation her fan base and those who just want her on the show for gossip sake are voting her there. We got the final Dancing with the Stars week 3 results in the form of the eliminated star. It was down to Buzz Aldrin or Jake Pavelka. It was revealed that it’s time for the 80-year-old astronaut Aldrin to leave the show. While he had a positive outlook and bright personality, his dance moves left a lot to be desired with judges and fans. Best wishes to Aldrin in his future endeavors.
Next week’s vote will be interesting and likely come down to Gosselin vs. The Bachelor. Who will go home next?
