David Beckham, husband of Victoria and father of four, shows off arms full of ink and world-class abs, plus a lot more, in a new advertising campaign for a line of men’s underwear he helped to design and develop for H&M. Naturally, he had to model the line himself, reports Entertainmentwise. Everyone knows women actually purchase most men’s underwear, and women like to gaze at David BeckhamÂ—even if it’s only on the label of a pair of boxer shorts.
“Working with a team has always been a key part of my life,” says David Beckham, footballer (that would be soccer player) and fashionisto. “And I found that to be the same when developing this range. Collectively with my design team we spent time working on the feel, fit and style to ensure the product is not only something I would wear but one which I would be proud to put my name to.” After all, you can’t train all the time, and after a summer of Malibu surfing with his sons, David Beckham is ready for some new action.
“I always want to challenge myself and this was such a rewarding experience for me. I’m very happy with the end result and I hope H&M’s male customers will be as excited as I am.” That could be asking a lot of a new tee-shirt or two. Maybe that’s why Beckham is adding his pictures to the mix.
