David Boreanaz’s Wife, Jaimie Bergman, is Considering Suing Her Husband’s Mistress

Yesterday, news of David Boreanaz‘s affair with Tiger Woods‘ Mistress #1, Rachel Uchitel, hit the internet (again) because she is apparently trying to pull the ole “You pay, I’ll go away” routine that she is basically making a living off of these days.  It’s only a matter of time until we find out her next victim.  This part of the story has a bit of an upside though, as Boreanaz’s wife, Jaimie Bergman, lives in Utah, which is one of the few states in the US where one can sue for “alienation of affection.”  In fact, I just read a story recently like this in which the wife won millions from the mistress and, apparently, Bergman is considering this.  It kind of makes you want to give her a high five, doesn’t it?  RadarOnline has the details:

The situation between Boreanaz and the mistress became extremely heated in late April, and the woman demanded at least six figures.

Boreanaz refused, and decided to go public with his affair.

“I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with,” Boreanaz says. “She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion.”

Both Uchitel and Boreanaz’s most recent mistress are being represented by Los Angeles power-house attorney Gloria Allred, who strenuously denies any implication of impropiety on her part, and puts the blame for his actions squarely on Boreanaz.

This story has so many villains, I’m not sure where to focus my intense beams of virtual hatred.  A pox on Gloria Allred’s house?  Check.  A mandatory castration for Boreanaz?  Check.  STDs for mistress # 1 and 2.  Check and check.  This is a good one for someone who wants to get out his or her aggressions.  And with all the news of male infidelity lately, we’re likely to see lesbianism go on the rise.  Move over, Portia and Ellen!
