Demi Lovato & Adam Levine of ‘The Voice’ to Make New Music?

Will singers Demi Lovato and Adam Levine be collaborating on some new music soon? If Demi’s Twitter message to one of the coaches on The Voice works its magic, they just might be making a song together in the future!

According to BOP Tiger Beat, Demi sent “her crush” a tweet on Twitter suggesting that he follow her on the social media site. She also asked about a “collab some day.” The Maroon 5 frontman and star of NBC’s The Voice obliged Demi’s Twitter follow request and tweeted back, “just saw your tweet. Better late than never!”

Of course, Adam was referring to following her rather than collaboration from what it seems. Still with Adam’s recent song with Christina Aguilera, Moves Like Jagger, blowing up on the charts, it’s not far-fetched to assume he’d want to work with others. However, is Demi Lovato the best choice? Lovato hasn’t exactly been as big in the pop world as someone like Aguilera. Meanwhile, Levine has worked with the likes of Kanye West, Rihanna, Slash from Guns N’ Roses, and Alicia Keys. Maybe he’ll choose to work with his fellow NBC star Cee Lo Green on an upcoming track for something interesting.

It seems Demi Lovato is doing a little campaigning to get herself some more radio play and attract more fans. Maybe she should ask for a job on The Voice for an upcoming season and work her way up from there?

Do you think Adam Levine should duet with up-and-coming singer Demi Lovato, or work with other more established artists in the future?
