Did Anyone See Good Morning America's Firewalk?

Diane Sawyer was challenged to do a fire walk this week.  Fire walking is one of the oldest and most universal symbols of achieving your goals. It dates back to 2000 B.C.; there is evidence of people fire walking to change their lives.

According to the GMA blog site, “The mind holds untapped power, and many try to use this intense mental potential to control pain, fear and anxiety.

With the help of hypnosis, “Good Morning America” anchor Diane Sawyer hopes to tap into the deepest part of her mind to walk on fire. Wednesday she and other “GMA” staff members attempt to walk over hot coals that burn at more than 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit.”

Well, they did it, and it was great fun for them and for me to watch.  I love the piece they did on hypnosis, so here is the link: Hypnosis for GMA Staffers

I am cold, even here in sunny FLorida much of the time.  Maybe I should consider a Fire Walk soon?
