Did Selena Gomez deliberately omit Justin Bieber’s name when thanking people for her recent Glamour award? After gracing the cover of December’s Glamour magazine and receiving an award as one of their ‘Women of the Year,’ she took to Twitter to thank those who helped her achieve her recent successes.

According to a report from Hollywood Life, Selena thanked Ryan Seacrest and she thanked her BFF Taylor Swift, but she never mentioned Justin Bieber at all.

“Awwww Thanks to @Ryanseacrest and @taylorswift13 for helping to make my @glamourmag #woty award so special #mademecry,” she tweeted.

Is there so~ Selena gomez ~mething special that Ryan Seacrest did to help Selena get this award? Might he have played a role in her being nominated? The Taylor Swift part makes perfect sense since the girls have been close friends for years and reportedly talk about everything.

Do you think Selena’s failure to mention Justin Bieber was simply an oversight? Had she perhaps thanked him privately or on the phone? Do you think the lack of mentioning his name is an indication that things aren’t great between the two?

Lots of people say Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have broken up but there’s been no confirmation from either party since that rumor started. Both are busy with their respective careers, with him on his Believe tour and Selena starring in and producing the Wizards of Waverly Place reunion movie.

It seems only time will tell for sure if Selena and Justin are still a couple. It does seem odd she left his name out of her Glamour thank you tweet–but there’s always more than meets the eye where celebrities are concerned.

What’s your take on the situation?
