Born weighing 2 pounds and 10 ounce with very little amniotic fluid, Lizzie Valasquez has always had difficulty gaining weight or keeping fat on her body.  This is a serious medical condition that has no name, no cure and relies on Lizzie eating every 15 minutes to survive.  She loves to eat pop tarts, crisps, sweets, chocolate, pizza, chicken, cake, doughnuts, ice cream, noodles and after eating all those fattening foods she still weighs only 60 pounds at nearly 21 years of age.
Her picture shows her disgustingly skinny but it is not a condition she wants to be in and is often faced with comments about how someone should help her with her anorexia before she dies. Â No one, not even her doctors understand why she is still alive since she had so many medical issues that should have taken her life since birth. Â But she is healthy despite her fragile weight and the need to eat over and over and over each day.
