It is no wonder Emily Maynard has such a great body, with all the men she is making out with on “The Bachelorette.” In a recent interview, Emily claims to not have much time to work in exercise to her busy schedule. So how exactly does she keep that figure?
“Honestly, our schedule was so intense that I didn’t have a lot of time to think about working out or a diet plan,” says Emily Maynard. “The hours alone kept my metabolism burning off calories! Does kissing boys count as exercise?”
Nice one. It has to burn at least a few calories, right? Of course it isn’t the same as jogging a couple of miles or doing a Zumba class or something, but if it gets your heart rate up, it has to be considered exercise.
In all seriousness, Emily Maynard keeps a pretty active life and from the sound of things tries to eat a pretty decent diet (fried pickles aside). It is not a surprise in the least that she stays in great shape. It isn’t like she is constantly downing double cheeseburgers and fries.
