Fleetwood Mac Feuding Again; This Time It’s Stevie Nicks At Fault?

Fleetwood Mac started their music in the 60’s which means this band has been around for more than 50 years. They’ve given fans 50 years of music, but they’re also known for the feuds they’ve had among each other through the half of century that they’ve created and preformed their iconic songs. Another feud is taking place today as the band has the opportunity to tour once again, which could award them up to 10 million dollars a piece, but there’s one wall standing in their way, Stevie Nicks.

When Mick Fleetwood interviewed with Playboy Magazine recently, he expressed his doubt about Fleetwood Mac ever touring together again. Stevie had said once she’s done touring and performing her own new album, she would go out on tour with Fleetwood Mac. Unfortunately, Stevie is still touring to promote her new album, which is already a year old.

According to ABC News, even Lindsey Buckingham has lost his patience with Stevie, which is unlike this band member. It appears that Stevie has gone overboard with the duration of promoting her latest creation. For this reason Fleetwood doesn’t see their tour happening. He says that Stevie is working 20 times harder than she ever did with Fleetwood Mac.

Stevie’s unwillingness to leave her self-promoting behind and join the band members on a tour will cost the other members of Fleetwood Mac a fortune. Let’s face it, not too many people would flock to a concert given by this iconic group without their front person singing her signature songs.

You can’t take a walk down memory lane listening to Fleetwood Mac without Stevie Nicks belting out the songs she made famous for that band, she makes the band. It does sound like she’s holding up the works, but it is her prerogative to tour or not. While the band won’t get too far without her, she isn’t stopping the other three from touring, she just wants to do her own thing now. Is this selfish of Stevie or not, what do you think?
