My daughter will fit

perfectly between your tables, bed

and cabinets.


She will spread even

on your sleep

or under,

whatever you desire.


Perhaps her destiny connects yours

and I did not kill her for you.

Her sisters had no such luck.


They withered before their birth.

And we chanted- Come back as sons.

Come back as men.
