However, first, Callie and Jackson are going to have to convince Derek to participate in it. He wasn’t happy that Meredith had Heather call his sisters in the first place, but will having Lizzie in town help change his mind? And what will Lizzie be butting heads with Meredith about?

The Grey’s Anatomy season 9 episode 9 promo for “Run Baby Run” (below) offers a look at Bailey’s upcoming wedding, but will she make it there? She is having some pre-wedding jitters, but says it’s “just a little cold feet.” However, the preview shows her and Richard in the back of a limo, and she says to turn the car around. He is on the phone; could there be a very good reason for that? Will the wedding just be delayed? Meanwhile, Meredith goes in for an ultrasound, but she says she’s being realistic when she tells Derek she’s going to miscarry. Is she being realistic or just pessimistic? Just because it’s going to be tough doesn’t mean she can’t have this baby. She may very well not miscarry. Finally, Cristina tells Owen she wants a divorce. What happened to the woman who wanted him back? What’s changed her mind? Is it because he hasn’t hinted that he wants the same?
