However, Bones is not the only show you’ll be able to see Leeds on in the primetime. Beginning in November, he will be taking on “a potentially recurring role” in Grey’s Anatomy season 9, according to TVLine.

While there’s no word about who he will be playing because of “an upcoming, top-secret storyline,” there are some teasers: “he is not playing a doctor. Or a serial killer.” So while Leeds will continue to torment on Bones as Pelant, you don’t have to worry about him picking doctors off one by one. With everything else that has happened at Seattle Grace, it’s not like that would be surprising. But who could he be playing since he’s not playing a doctor? Could he end up being a patient in one of the two hospitals this season? Could he be tied to a storyline for one of the doctors that may not be directly linked to the hospital? Could his storyline have anything to do with Arizona’s fate, for which nothing has really been released?

What do you think of the latest Grey’s Anatomy season 9 casting news?
