Herman Cain admitted that his 9-9-9 tax plan would raise taxes on some Americans, proving that he’s truly no different from the rest of the money-hungry candidates hoping to run against Obama in 2012. It seems that this guy just needs to go back to managing his pizza business, because the American people aren’t interested in what looks like a lottery or gamble of sorts with incomes.
Herman Cain swears that the rich Americans won’t be getting any special deals with his 9-9-9 plan, but he only mentions that as a defense after the truth has been revealed with this deal. It seems though, that the rich already got a deal with the Bush tax-cuts that they appear to feel entitled to while the nation suffers. So would this 9-9-9 take those tax cuts away, or what? The 9-9-9 plan isn’t the worst idea a rightwinger has brought to the table, but it certainly isn’t be best idea either, and in no way is it suitable for the needs of Americans right now.
Under this concept-plan, some goods could be taxed as much as 17 percent! You read that correctly. So it sounds a lot like Herman Cain wants to find a way to make the government more money, while pretending to be all about the small government ideal. Good thing some people are too smart for that. Nice try, Herman!
