Holiday Light Displays in Tulsa, OK

Tulsa Oklahoma has many events all though out the holiday season to get you in the holiday mood. Here is a highlight of the best of the best events in Tulsa.Let’s start with the ZOOlightful event at the Tulsa Zoo. The zoo lights up the night with a brilliant array of holiday light displays, Santa’s Village, reindeer, chestnuts roasting on an open fire and an outdoor ice skating rink more! ZOOlightful is closed on Mondays, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  Call for hours and admissions to park and skating fees, 669-6602 or visit their website, There is also a Living Nativity running the first three Friday and Saturday evenings in December, from 6 PM – 10 PM. The Tulsa Garden Center is Hosting Holiday Carriage Rides from 5:30 to 9:30 pm, Friday, Saturday, Dec. 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 23, and 23. Rides leave every half-hour, from the Tulsa Garden Center Barn, 2435 S. Peoria. Experience a horse- drawn carriage ride and Christmas lights. Ride begins at the Linnaeus Teaching Gardens Visitor Center and continues through Tulsa’s picturesque Terwilleger Park. Featuring giant helium balloons, equestrian and dog unites, shimmering dance squads, drill teams and floats that are beautifully adorned with lights. And the Event is Free to the public.
