Honey Boo Boo’s Mom Loses 100 Pounds Without Diet or Exercise

Just when you thought it was safe to watch TV again, here come Honey Boo Boo and her newly slimmed down Mama June. Yes, the TLC reality star’s once morbidly obese parental unit has lost over 100 lbs. without surgery, exercise, or giving up ‘sketti and cheese puffs. As you may or may not be able to see by clicking here, June claims to have dwindled down to 263 pounds since January, 2011. While that’s still way overweight, it’s a big improvement over her former gargantuan 365 pounds. How did she do it?

Mama June claims she still eats the foods she loves, namely “‘sketti, Ramen noodles and cheese puffs.” And she has yet to join a gym. However, the hectic production schedule of her daughter’s show has resulted in a more active lifestyle. In other words, she’s not just a couch potato anymore.

“I haven’t done any surgeries … no diet pills … never went to the gym,” marvels June”but with the show I’ve been more active. They have me running around and going different places … I guess it’s paying off.”

Apparently.

Although some fans have commented that they don’t see much difference between Junes’s before and after pics, she swears she’s now minus a hundred pounds of ugly blubber. More power to her for achieving a healthier lifestyle by whatever means necessary. Hopefully, she’ll lose another 100-150 pounds and reach her ideal weight. Wonder what Honey Boo Boo thinks of her “new” mom?
