Kelly Osbourne has never been terribly slim, but all that’s changed now. Those that remember the younger Kelly who once had a cover version of Madonna’s Papa Don’t Preach out and starred alongside her famous mom Sharon and dad Ozzy is gone. The woman we now see is one with radiant beauty and a healthy glow.
So, how did she get her rockin’ body? According to reports online, this all started with her stint on Dancing With The Stars. It’s widely known that those that participate on the show do slim down and tone up, and Kelly is no exception. However post DWTS how did she keep her body in shape and continue to slim up?
She says it’s as simple as cardio. â€œEver since Dancing with the Stars, Iâ€™ve tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a dayâ€“nothing too crazy,â€ Kelly, 25, told People magazine.
Thirty minutes of cardio? That’s it? Easy enough to do. She added some praise for her trainer as well. â€œMy trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me.â€
Perhaps we all can’t be lucky enough to afford a personal trainer to kick us in the pants, however, we can fit in a meager 30 minutes of cardio in on most if not all days, right? What’s to say that the results from the cardio doesn’t become the kick in the pants needed to get up and go even on those days when our get up and go got up and went out without us?
