Jennifer Anniston doesn’t quite bare it all, but the actress is topless in the new perfume ad touting her signature fragrance. In a series of black-and-white shots to promote her new scent, Lolavie, the 41-year-old Anniston poses topless, covering her chest with just her arms while wearing nothing at all besides a white skirt.
Anniston’s new scent will debut on Wednesday at Harrods department store in London. She will attend the event and plans to autograph purchases.
The New York Daily News published the following quote made by Jennifer Anniston with regard to her new perfume.
“It wasn’t just about showing up for a shoot and putting my name on the bottle,” she added. “I felt like a little chemist. It’s turned out to be an extension of myself as opposed to slapping my name on something.”
It seems no matter what Jennifer Anniston puts her face, name, bare chest or anything else on it almost always turns to gold. That will likely be the case with her new fragrance Lovalie, which roughly translates into “laugh at life” in French. Anniston is the kind of actress that everyone wants to see succeed. Her image is one of a down-to-earth woman who hasn’t become so wrapped up in the Hollywood lifestyle that she’s lost touch with reality. I think her topless ad is tasteful and discreet.
I won’t be trying out Lovalie though, due to a horrible allergy to most perfumes. It’s been years since I’ve dared try one on. I avoid those horrid ladies who spray perfume on people at mall entrances like the plague.
