Have you tried Jimmy Fallon ice cream yet? The late night talk show host has created an ice cream flavor that is being marketed by Ben & Jerry’s, and it sounds positively divine.

According to a report from Popeater, Ben & Jerry’s is selling a new flavor of ice cream that was created by Fallon. Called Late Night Snack, the creamy concoction includes “rich vanilla bean ice cream with a salty caramel swirl and crunchy fudge covered potato chip clusters.”

Doesn’t that sound delicious? It’s everything anyone could ask for to curb late night snack cravings. It features richness, creaminess, salty and sweet all wrapped up in one bowl. Can you even begin to imagine, however, the number of calories in just a scoop or two? (And who eats just a scoop or two? When it comes to a late night Ben & Jerry’s binge, it usually involves the entire carton!)

Jimmy Fallon declared ice cream war on Stephen Colbert during Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night. The faux rivalry is in regard to Colbert’s own Ben & Jerry’s flavor called Americone Dream that came out back in 2007.

“I hope I never see that man’s ice cream next to mine … Americone Dream — oh my gosh– ice cream cones in ice cream, what a genius idea. He’s Albert Einstein,” Fallon joked. “Late Night Snack is an untouchable flavor.”

An unveiling of the new Ben & Jerry’s flavor took place at 30 Rock in New York City, with Jimmy Fallon and a barrage of paparazzi on hand to not only cover the event, but to sample the new ice cream flavor as well.

Will you be trying Jimmy Fallon’s new Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor, Late Night Snack?
