Moneyball actor Jonah Hill has experienced a stunning weight loss over the past year. Now the Oscar nominee has revealed his slimming down secrets.
First of all, Brad Pitt was not the impetus for Jonah Hill’s weight loss. Many people believed that the older actor’s lifestyle influenced the younger actor to improve his lifestyle, but that just wasn’t the case.
For his weight loss, Jonah Hill did not follow any amazing exercising plan. He said, “It was just mostly diet. I wish there was some crazy thing that I did, like a pill or a genie or something, but it was, unfortunately, I went to see a nutritionist, and he told me what to eat to change my habits and stuff.”
One of the things the actor eats a lot of is sushi. That is a good choice because it can be incredibly flavorful without tons of calories. As unfortunate as it is sometimes, diet is usually the biggest factor in weight loss followed by exercise.
Another reason why Hill decided to shed some pounds was because he wanted to get more serious movie roles. He said, “I just had a moment in my life where I said I wanted to become a man.” Isn’t it nice that he grew up and grew in all at the same time? Now, the world will get to see him in movies that are outside of his usual comedy genre just like Moneyball was, and he is obviously great in those types of roles as well.
