Justin Bieber’s Twitter war with Drake Bell refuses to die. And now another celebrity has stepped up to defend Selena Gomez’s “Boyfriend” in the ongoing fray. The Biebs’ champion is none other than Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris.
For the uninitiated, Justin’s beliebers have been engaged for the past week in an online battle with Nickelodeon actor Drake Bell. Biebs’ fans believe Bell dissed their idol, which he did, sort of. Soon, what began as a misunderstanding became a full-blown cyber brawl with insults flying thick and fast between Bell and the beliebers. Justin himself pretty much stayed out of it. In fact, his only tweet was an attempt to calm things down. Sadly, the attempt failed. The beliebers’ death threats continued as did Bell’s angry replies.
“I don’t ‘Hate’ @justinbieber!!” Drake Bell Tweeted in response to the beliebers’ accusations. “I just think his fans are repulsive. Not a huge fan of that style of music… big deal… I don’t like pop radio.”
Fair enough. Sort of. Then, enter Justin’s friend, Paris Jackson, who came to her buddy JB’s defense with a couple of heated tweets of her own.
“If u wanna compare the amount of fans or amount of TALENT even between u & Justin,” Paris Tweeted to Drake Bell, “you know u would lose right? Know ur place.”
She later added: “Just like he stated his opinion, I stated mine… although posting a hate picture isn’t really an opinion, but oh well.”
That’s true actually.
The “hate picture” that Paris Jackson referred to was a head shot of Justin that Drake Bell tweeted after it had been photoshopped to make Justin look like he was wearing a lot of extremely girlie make-up—including glossy pink pearl lipstick, eyebrow pencil, eyeshadow, black eyeliner, black mascara, and a beauty mark on his chin.
