The Justin Bieber “Mistletoe” music video is here! The much anticipated music video for the lead single off Justin’s new Christmas album has been released.
“Mistletoe” is a slow ballad that has a sound reminiscent of Bruno Mars or Jack Johnson. If this is the musical direction that Justin is taking on this new album, then he might grow his fan base even more (if that is possible). Bieber is growing up right in front of everyone’s eyes as is clear in this video. Wasn’t it just like last year that he was 12 or something?
Justin Bieber has seemingly been promoting this song for weeks. Yesterday, the song debuted on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on KIIS-FM in Los Angeles. Now, today (October 18) fans were treated to the music video. Justin tweeted soon after, as the video hit VEVO:
Here it is!! Glad you guys are liking it. The World Premiere of the #MISTLETOE Music Video!!! enjoy -
The feedback has been huge for Justin. This is hardly a surprise. Everyone had seen ‘the kiss’ with a faux Selena Gomez. There is plenty of snow, and a really cute photo booth scene. The story is that of a girl that Bieber likes, but has self-doubt when another cute girl comes into the picture. Justin buys her the blue dress in the window… (How much is that doggy…er…blue dress in the window?) and has it delivered to her.
Justin Bieber must be psychic, because he knew the exact size to buy for “faux Selena Gomez.” The video climaxes with a kiss under the mistletoe (of course) and smooth move, Biebs driving off into the winter snow.
Check out the video below. What do you think of it? Will it be a huge Christmas hit?
