Kate Gosselin disses Jon on ‘Regis & Kelly’

Kate Gosselin dissed ex-husband Jon on Regis & Kelly during this morning’s show, saying that her eight children are not comfortable at his casa.

Apparently, according to the reality star, the kids don’t feel at home when he’s in charge at his place under a relatively new visitation schedule. That said, the parents and former mates don’e seem to be getting along these days, but Kate still says she strives for unity.

As this Gosselin put it to Regis, Kelly and the world:

“I do try to keep it as peaceful as possible. I’ll speak for myself…he’s still their father.”

Kate added that since the house where Jon resides is not the home the children are used to calling home, then that place “doesn’t feel like home to [the kids]…they want to be at home in their house.”

Jon doesn’t agree with his ex, as his recent Twitter post and Twitlonger post contends:

“As much as I want to respond to numerous LIES recently claimed on Regis and Kelly, I will refrain. I have learned from the past that it’s a waste of my time and energy. I am ‘rising above’, and refuse to engage in any sort of public argument that could potentially harm or upset my children. My children and the people in my life know the truth, and that is what’s important.”

What’s important is that these two parents get along. For their children’s sake, for their sake and for the public’s sake since all this bickering and back-biting gives parenting via reality show fame a bad rap. And leaves a bad taste, too.

So as Kate Gosselin disses Jon on Regis & Kelly, Jon Gosselin responds on Twitter. What do you think of this latest Gosselin fight that is all but private? Thoughts? Thanks!
