Kate Middleton has been enjoying some down time with her husband for the past couple of weeks, but she is prepared to show her face in public for a good cause. Kate and William have a date to see the Disney film, African Cats. The royal couple loves to watch movies, although this one is certainly a little different from their usual picks.
William will be giving a speech at the special charity event held at the British Film Institute. Kate and Will will be joined by 100 kids who have been picked from various charities close to the Prince’s heart. Can you imagine the response inside the theater? This will certainly be good practice for the Duke and Duchess. 100 kids oohing and ahhing as they watch a documentary about African lions and cheetahs and their babies.
The film is near and dear to William’s Tusk Trust charity as well. He hopes to bring attention and shed some light on the diminishing African wildlife. His wildlife charity is working to preserve the magnificent animals in the region.
Kate Middleton will reemerge from her quiet time on April 25, with her husband on her arm. Hopefully, people will be paying attention the charity and not Kate’s belly.
