Kate Middleton may soon get a little justice after suffering one of the most humiliating experiences of her life. The photographer responsible for taking those very intimate pictures of her sunbathing topless has finally been named. Now, Prince William and Kate are ready to let the man know what you get when you mess with the royal family.
The photographer has managed to remain a mystery, but it was only a matter of time before somebody gave him up. Police are expected to bring in the person, who is believed to be a man, and question him. If, and it is very likely he will, is found guilty of taking the 200 plus pictures, he will be prosecuted. Will and Kate are not messing around.
According to an insider, “William and Kate are Âdetermined to bring the Âperson who took those photos to Âjustice and they’re pushing hard for a Âcustodial sentence. They want to make an example of this person.” If convicted, the peeping paparazzo could face a year in jail and a stiff fine of about $58 thousand dollars. So much for the profit he may have earned taking the pictures.
It is unfortunate for this man, but he must be made an example of in order to set a strong precedent. Will and Kate are planning to start a family soon and certainly do not want to risk their little ones be subjected to the same violation. A year in jail and a monetary fine will never take away the humiliation and damaged reputation Kate Middleton suffered.
